Privacy

A plain privacy note.

Last updated: July 20, 2026. This site shows the shop’s work and lets you start a project. It is deliberately simple about your data:

  • What the inquiry form collects. The form asks for contact details, a general project location, project type, timing, contact preference, and a project description. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, account passwords, or other sensitive information.
  • How inquiries are used. Inquiry details are used to evaluate and respond to the project request and, if work proceeds, to manage that business relationship. They are not sold or used for advertising.
  • Form delivery and spam screening. The current form opens an email draft on your device. If a form-delivery provider is activated, that provider may process the submission to deliver it, screen abuse, and secure the service. This notice must be updated with the selected provider before activation.
  • No analytics or tracking cookies. The site does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.
  • Hosting logs. Like nearly every website, the hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate the service.
  • Retention and access. Inquiry and email records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a project, maintain ordinary business records, or meet legal obligations. Access should be limited to people who need it for those purposes.
  • External links. Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, email, and any future form provider operate under their own privacy and security practices.
